  1. Hi Bernadette

I can’t put a plugin because of the level of my account. However I will leave the recipe in here in English.

    Fresh seafood delight salad

    Ingredients
    16 chopsticks of seafood delights
    500 g of green beans
    4 eggs
    16 pitted black olives
    4 tablespoons of natural yogurt
    apple vinegar qb
    Salt and pepper to taste
    Preparation
Place the sea delights in hot water for about 5 minutes.

However, cut the ends of the green beans if necessary and cook them in boiling water seasoned with salt for about 6 minutes, adding the eggs when there are 5 minutes of cooking left. After the boiling time, drain the water and peel the eggs. Cut the seafood into squares and set aside.

In a bowl place the natural yoghurt, add 10 of the chopped olives, a little vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Mix and add the green beans. Fold and separate the green bean mixture into plates. Place the sea delights and quartered eggs on top. Garnish with the remaining black olives, cut into slices or chopped and pepper. It’s ready to serve.

    I hope you enjoy!!
