Yorkshire – Robin Hood’s Bay, Ravenscar e York

This was our last day in Yorkshire before we moved to Leeds. We spent the day visiting two villages on the coast: Robin Hood’s Bay and Ravenscar. In Ravenscar, we were lucky to see the seals and their pups again. In the middle of the afternoon, we went to York — a city we already knew but are always happy to return to again and again.

Campo de tulipas perto de Londres

In 2025, the Tully’s Farm opened their popular tulip festival in two more locations. And of course we had to go and check out the Tulip Fields in Hertfordshire as it was less than 15 minutes from our house. An afternoon of food, live music and many, many beautiful flowers. See how to get our tickets to the tulips festival or any other seasonal event in this post.

Falcade na província de Belluno, Dolomitas

Without realising it, this post touches on the part of the trip we enjoyed the least — even though the pizza we had in Piè Falcade was absolutely delicious! Every trip has its highs and lows, and it’s often in sharing those honest experiences that we learn from each travel.

Trilho Adolf Munkel-Weg nos Dolomitas

In this post we are going to talk about one of our favourite trails in the Dolomites, the Adolf Munkel-Weg trail. Due to external opinions we almost decided not to do it, but i am super grateful we did! This trail included forest, waterfalls, mountains, food and even a dear!! Nothing couldn’t have made this day better!

Chegada a San Cassiano nos Dolomitas

After our journey from Venice aiport to Cinque Torri, we finally arrived to our accomodation, the Pensione Edelweiss. And we were received with mountains, forest and a beautiful church. To end this day, our first in the Dolomites, we had the most delicious meal at the L’Fanà, a traditional local restaurant. Check now how welcomed we were in San Cassiano.

Las Setas de Sevilla, um espectáculo de flamenco e um jantar tradicional

This is the last post about our trip to Seville. In here we talk about flamenco and where to see a show in the city. We also talk about a restaurant where we had the best meal of traditional spanish food. #seville #sevilla #spain #españa

Plaza de España, o coração da cidade

Watching the sunset in Plaza de España was one of the most beautiful experiences we had in Seville. The golden light, the colourful tiles, the bridges, the canal and the flamenco dance in the background, all together created such a dreamy atmosphere. One of the most precious memories of this trip. See all of that and much more in this new post.

O entardecer e a noite em Ronda

In this post I talk about the last couple of hours in Ronda. Magnificient landscapes, cultural sightings and traditional food are some of the things you can find here. If you want to travel to Ronda you’ll find useful information in the 3 posts about the city.

Em Ronda, Espanha

This is the second part (out of three) about our day in Ronda. We started the day exploring the Iglesia de Nuestra Señora de la Merced, Alameda del Tajo and the famous Puente Nuevo. In this post we explore further into town by visiting the Casa Museo Don Bosco and the Desfiladero del Tajo where we had to wear protective equipment. Also we explore the ruins of the muslim town that was the center of Ronda from 711 to 1485. In the end of this post we talk about our experience eating of the traditional dishes, Rabo de Toro. Check it now!
