Um dia na cidade de Leeds

The last day of our road trip was spent in Leeds. After five days exploring Norfolk, the North Yorkshire coast, and the national park, it was time to add some culture to our journey. We spent the day visiting museums. learning about the city’s history, and enjoying culinary treats. The day ended on a spectacular note—the Deep Purple concert at the First Direct Arena.

Birmingham, Inglaterra (update 2025)

As December arrives, it’s the perfect time to visit to a Christmas market. While France, Germany, and Poland are popular (though often pricey) options, there’s a fantastic alternative closer to home: Birmingham. The city hosts one of the largest German-style Christmas markets outside of Germany, offering plenty of festive food, live music, and, of course, beer. And while you’re there, why not explore everything else Birmingham has to offer? Check out the updated 2025 guide to Birmingham now!

Yorkshire – Robin Hood’s Bay, Ravenscar e York

This was our last day in Yorkshire before we moved to Leeds. We spent the day visiting two villages on the coast: Robin Hood’s Bay and Ravenscar. In Ravenscar, we were lucky to see the seals and their pups again. In the middle of the afternoon, we went to York — a city we already knew but are always happy to return to again and again.

Em North York Moors, Inglaterra (parte II)

On our second day exploring the North York Moors, we completed two trails to see two waterfalls: Falling Foss and Mallyan Spout. Later that day, we visited the villages of Goathland and Grosmont to see the historic steam train in action. This day ended with the most delicious meal.

Em North York Moors, Inglaterra (part I)

The North York Moors are a treasure of nature trails. On this day, we explored two of them: the Hole of Horcum and Dalby Forest. After covering miles on foot, it was time to visit Thornton-le-Dale and treat ourselves to something sweet. At the end of the day, we returned to Whitby to enjoy the famous British dish—fish and chips

See how to get our tickets to the tulips festival or any other seasonal event in this post.
